Lela Gochitashvili is a member of the Georgian Bar Association with general specialization (Bar Registration No. 10420) and a member of its Commercial Law Committee. She has more than 16 years of professional legal experience. Her experience includes advising international groups and local companies operating in the construction, food service, agriculture, technology, healthcare, hospitality and logistics sectors. She previously worked for the Italian construction group Impresa Pizzarotti, where she contributed to the legal management of multimillion-value projects, complex contracts and multifaceted regulatory matters. Lela provides legal services to Georgian and international companies, investors, entrepreneurs and individuals. Her experience includes successfully handling complex commercial and public procurement disputes. One of her notable projects involved leading the legal and administrative process for the Georgian National Padel Federation, through which padel was officially recognized as a sport in Georgia. In 2018, Lela founded a law firm that has operated under the Orson brand since 2023. As Orson’s Founder and Managing Director, she develops clients’ legal strategies, leads major projects and coordinates the work of the legal team. Lela holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law from RUDN University. In 2025–2026, she also completed a two-semester Program in American Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is actively involved in LegalTech and leads the development of Clerix, a platform designed to automate legal documentation and compliance processes. In 2025, Lela presented Clerix at the SelectUSA Investment Summit in the United States.
